Installation

The installation process of Rigid Industries 40-50 Inch E-Series and 20-54 Inch RDS-Series Harness involves the following steps. Firstly, one needs to locate the perfect spot for mounting the LED bar. Once the spot is located, it is important to clean the mounting surface and then apply the adhesive included in the kit. Then the bracket must be mounted on the surface by screwing it tightly. Afterward, the LED bar must be installed on the bracket and wired up with the harness, which has to be routed to a power source. The installation process of both the E-Series and RDS-Series harness is similar, except the RDS-Series harness has two extra wires for controlling the backlight. After the wiring process is completed, it is essential to check if there is any fault or wiring mistake by turning on the LED bar. With the correct installation, one can enjoy the bright and powerful illumination of these LED bars.
